VAS Reference Centre of Excellence in Angiology/Vascular Medicine – Requirements
- Excellence in the Area of Angiology/Vascular Medicine
- VAS Member
- Comply to VAS principles
- Commitment and shared goals
- Constant and active collaboration (objectively with annual reports)
- Responsibility in at least one area covered by VAS
- Contribute to the Organization, spreading news and information about VAS initiatives at National and European level
- At least one member of the Center should have the UEMS European Diploma in Angiology/Vascular Medicine or have applied for it
- Renewal every 5 years. Without continuous reports and/or activities, even before (VAS Board’s decision on suggestion by VAS Centres Comm.). In this case the component Centres remain VAS members and the Centres can reapply.

- Excellence in areas complementary to Angiology/Vascular Medicine
- Comply to VAS principles
- Commitment and shared goals in respect of reciprocal competences , rules and roles
- Constant collaboration
- No conflict of interest
- Renewal every 5 years. Without continuous reports and/or activities, even before (VAS Board’s decision on suggestion by VAS Centres Comm.). In this case the component Centres remain VAS members and the Centres can reapply.
